IH Durban is also a University of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of
Other Languages) approved teacher training centre, a constituent member of
ELTASA (English Language Travel Association of South Africa), a member of
Tourism KwaZulu-Natal and the Durban Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
We only employ highly experienced University of Cambridge qualified English foreign language teachers.
We receive students from several different countries with different first languages. Our classes are small (max 8 students) and we treat each student as an individual. We have a relaxed atmosphere and a supportive and helpful staff. We look after our students from when they arrive to when they leave and will gladly organise airport or bus transfers, accommodation and excursions for them too.
We are situated in beautiful Durban, a fascinating multi-cultural English-speaking city with excellent year-round weather.
