The City

Newcastle is a lively university city in the North East of England, which is designed for students (1 in 4 of the population). Newcastle is also a modern and thriving cultural and commercial centre. The School

The school is in the city centre and has a language laboratory, self-study centre, library and many other facilities.

Classes

Classes are 55 minutes long and the maximum number of students per class is 12. The minimum age for all courses is 16 and beginners are welcome.

COURSES

There are courses of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 hours per week, specialising in general English (English for Life), executive, academic and business English, foundation courses and preparation classes for all the Cambridge examinations as well as IELTS, TOEIC, BEC, and internship or work placements available for higher level students. The school also offers one to one courses and personal study programmes.

ACCOMMODATION

The school arranges homestay accommodation in specially selected family homes based on a single room with half board, full board or self-catering. There are also our own city-centre student apartments at Charlotte House within 3 minutes walk of the school and executive apartments available right next to the school.
