International House Montevideo - London Institute was founded in 1977 offering language courses, teacher training and college level degrees.
Our main building, a large, beautiful, newly refurbished house holds 900 students and is located in a very peaceful, conveniently located residential area, Pocitos.
The Institute has 17 classrooms, a video & DVD room, a library, a staff room, a room with internet connected computers and Wi-Fi connection. Our teachers are highly qualified and educated at the most renowned centres in Uruguay and abroad, and our programs and teaching materials are permanently updated following the guidelines of the latest pedagogical and methodological approaches to teaching and learning.

ACCOMMODATION

International House Montevideo offers foreign students a variety of accommodation options: staying with Uruguayan families, renting apartments or apart hotel rooms alone or with other students. All options are a few blocks away from the beach and close to the centre of studies.
A fun option for young people is to share their learning and living experience with another student in apartments or beautiful apart hotels with a wide variety of services.
International House Montevideo can also arrange the transfer from the Airport to the student's accommodation.
